General information
Mavera GGZ B.V. (KvK: 97916722, AGB: 79792700) is a mental health care provider based at Rozenlaan 115, 3051 LP Rotterdam. Our director and lead clinician is Sıddıka Çetiner (Psychotherapist & GZ-psycholoog). Treatment at Mavera GGZ is provided under the direction of a BIG-registered lead clinician (regiebehandelaar), in accordance with applicable professional standards and guidelines. This Quality Charter is registered under Kwaliteitsstatuut GGZ – Instelling format 4.0, section III: ambulatory, multidisciplinary, as published on www.ggzkwaliteitsstatuut.nl.

Our care offer
Mavera GGZ offers assessment and treatment within basic and specialist mental health care (GGZ) for a wide range of psychological complaints. Supported methods: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, ACT, Schema Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Relationship & Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Online Therapy and Pharmacotherapy.
Quality policy
We continuously invest in the quality of our care. All our professionals participate in regular peer consultation, supervision and continuing professional development. We work with routine outcome monitoring (ROM) to measure treatment progress objectively. Our quality policy is in line with the requirements of the Kwaliteitsstatuut GGZ and we are affiliated with the relevant professional associations.

Complaints and disputes
Mavera GGZ has a complaints procedure in accordance with the Dutch Care Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). Do you have a complaint? Please contact us first; together we will look for a suitable solution. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn to an independent complaints officer. If you do not agree with the outcome of the complaints procedure, you can submit your dispute to a recognised dispute resolution body.
